Terrific news on the economic front for the North Hanna Foundation. Thanks to the hard work of our trusted benefactor, Tom Tomlinson, we have been able to re-finance the mortgage on the Pink House at a tremendous rate. Our new low and locked interest rate is an integral step in getting the House paid off in the next 10 years. If we can continue to keep the house occupancy arrangement with Kenyon and continue the current level of PayPal contributions, we will achieve our goal. In fact, we are currently on pace to own the house OUTRIGHT in 9 years.

Please don't forget about us. The last post on this site had contribution buttons for those of you not signed up for PayPal already. Please take a moment to consider the impact you can have. Every person we sign up puts us that much closer to making the Pink House a permanent fixture of Phi Kappa Sigma at Kenyon...
